Dealers Connect 4.0: A Memorable Evening in the FX Dealer Community
On December 5th, 2024, Your Bourse and Yourfintech proudly hosted Dealers Connect 4.0 at the stylish Noa Restaurant in Limassol. With a mix of industry insights, valuable connections, and a relaxed social atmosphere, this fourth edition of the event brought together a great community of FX dealers, making it a memorable event for everyone who attended.
Panel Discussions That Sparked Dialogue
The evening featured two highly engaging panel discussions, both moderated by Elina Pedersen and Roman Garanin, each focusing on key aspects of the FX trading space.
The first panel, Trading Trends and Challenges 2024, focused on the key issues and opportunities trading desks faced in 2024. Speakers Miroslav Georgiev (Taurex & Zenfinex), Michalis Neofytou (ATFX & ATFX Connect), and Lochlan White (Scope Prime) discussed how trading books have evolved, tools and strategies that made an impact, and ways to handle new risks in trading.
The second panel, Trading Platforms for the Future, brought together Alexis Droussiotis (Match-Trade) and Elena Gorbacheva (Devexperts) to discuss creating trading platforms that are both scalable and affordable. They shared how platforms can meet the needs of modern traders, support startups, and integrate effective risk management tools that lead to steady revenue.
Fun, Recognition, and Prizes
The evening wasn’t all business - our guests enjoyed a lively quiz and a lucky crowd of 3 got to walk home with impressive prizes they were awarded: an Ipad and two Echo Dots. Heartfelt congratulations to Liza, Giannis, and Dmitry!
Adding a personal touch, our friend Roman was recognised for his outstanding contributions to the community with a custom hoodie, proving this event has become a hub for collaboration and shared appreciation.
