Your Bourse Welcomes Back Kate Rutkovskaya as Global Head of Business Development
Your Bourse is delighted to announce the return of Kate Rutkovskaya to our team as Head of Global Business Development. Kate, a seasoned fintech professional with deep expertise in business operations and client relations, will be leading Your Bourse’s global strategy for expanding its innovative offerings to brokers worldwide.
Kate originally joined Your Bourse in 2019, where she quickly rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure, Kate drove numerous transformative projects, from establishing remote operations across IT, Development, and Client Success departments to leading client onboarding processes and managing business analyses, platform transitions, and technology integrations. Her commitment to fostering strong client relationships, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Your Bourse platform and CFD industry, were instrumental to Your Bourse’s growth.
After a two-year period of founding and managing her passion project, an EdTech startup Redu, Kate now returns to Your Bourse with a fresh perspective and enhanced skillset. Her entrepreneurial experiences in business development have strengthened her ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, which is a vital feature in her role as Head of Global Business Development.
